Refund Policy

At Trendieez, we take pride in delivering premium-quality products designed with precision and care. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

• The return request is initiated within 07 Days of delivery.

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and quality standards, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Worn, washed, or used products

• Products purchased during clearance or sale events

• Customized or made-to-order items

3. Refund Policy
Once your return product is received at our warehouse and passes the quality check request is approved and the product is inspected:

• Refunds will be processed within 6 to 7 business days

• The amount will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit (as applicable)

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: We will require your Bank Account details or UPI ID to process the refund. Please note: The ₹65 COD handling charge is non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges only for:

• Size issues (subject to stock availability)

• Defective or damaged items

5. Return Process
To initiate a return:

• Email us at support@trendieez.in with your order ID and issue details

• Attach clear images of the product

• Our team will guide you through the next steps

6. Shipping Charges

• Reverse shipping charges may apply depending on the case

• Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

7. Quality Assurance
Each product goes through strict quality checks before dispatch. However, in rare cases of discrepancy, we are here to resolve it promptly.
