Shipping Policy

At Trendieez, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand our delivery process, charges, and timelines.

1. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: Shipping is completely free for all prepaid orders across India. There are no hidden delivery charges.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A standard cash handling fee of ₹100 applies to all COD orders. Please note: This ₹100 COD charge is strictly non-refundable in the event of a return or exchange.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Time

We strive to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. Because we manage our own inventory, all orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of placement.

Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery timelines are:

Metros & Major Cities: 1 to 4 business days.
Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days.

3. Shipping Locations

We proudly ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Our goal is to make our products accessible to customers nationwide.

4. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation via Email and WhatsApp. This message will contain your Order ID and a tracking link, allowing you to track the real-time status of your package.

5. Reverse Pickup (For Returns & Exchanges)

For approved returns or exchanges, our courier partners will normally arrange a doorstep reverse pickup. However, in rare cases where your pin code is unserviceable for reverse pickup by our logistics partners, we may request you to self-ship the product to our facility. In such instances, your courier charges will be fully reimbursed upon the submission of a valid courier receipt.
