RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact

  • Items purchased during final sale, clearance, or promotional events may not be eligible unless stated otherwise

Trendieez reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our quality standards.


2. EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a seamless exchange process to ensure you get the perfect fit and style.

  • Exchanges are available for size or product changes

  • Exchange requests must be placed within 7 days of delivery

  • Only one exchange per order is allowed

  • If the requested item is unavailable, customers may opt for a store credit

Our team ensures quick processing so your upgraded piece reaches you without delay.


3. RETURN POLICY

If you wish to return your order:

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product

  • Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 3 days

  • A quality check will be conducted upon receiving the product

After approval, customers can choose between:

  • Store Credit (Recommended for faster processing)


4. REFUND PROCESS

  • Refunds are processed within 6 to 7 business days after approval

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via Your Voucher in Wallet.

5. REVERSE PICKUP

We provide reverse pickup services in selected locations:

  • If reverse pickup is available, our courier partner will collect the item

  • If unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the product

  • In case of self-shipping, a partial shipping reimbursement may be provided


6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We take quality very seriously. If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/video

  • Our team will verify and offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund


7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Worn or used products

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Products purchased under exclusive drops or limited editions (unless defective)


8. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible
