SECTION 6 β€” UNBOXING VIDEO & PROOF OF DELIVERY

IMPORTANT: We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when your order arrives. This protects both you and us in case of disputes.

  1. If you claim missing items, damage, or wrong products, providing a clear unboxing video will significantly expedite the resolution process.

  2. Without video evidence, resolution may be delayed as we may request photographs or other documentation from you.

  3. However, the absence of a video does not automatically disqualify your claim. We will evaluate all claims fairly, considering your credibility and available evidence.

SECTION 7 β€” RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Window

  1. You may return items within 7 (seven) days of receipt if the product is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  2. Items purchased as final sale or clearance are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Items

  1. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us within 7 (seven) days of receipt with photographic evidence.

  2. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, contact us at support@trendieez.in with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with return shipping instructions and a return address.

  3. Items must be received by us in resalable condition. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

  2. Processing time: Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect the credit in your account.
