Before proceeding, please note: An unboxing video is strictly required whenever your order is delivered. This is to protect you in case of any discrepancies (like missing items, duplicate products, wrong sizes, or transit damage). Claims for refunds or replacements will ONLY be processed if a clear, continuous unboxing video of the sealed parcel is provided. No video = No claim.
